This is generally between 45 - 75 minutes long, depending on individual needs. It will include the neck and shoulders so that the whole of the spine is cared for as it is the energy power house for the body. It is important to keep the surrounding muscles relaxed, thus giving maximum flexibility to the body, and balancing the natural energy flows.

ANTI-CELLULITE LEG MASSAGE
This is a chronic and depressing subject for many women, but essential oils are truly effective, and results can be seen after a four to six week intensive treatment and serious client input. A package deal can be arranged.
Frances will take a case history and keep a record of your progress. Different oils will be used to increase circulation, break down fatty tissue and detoxify.
A close look at food is also part of the regime. We all have to live and enjoy the social contacts and cultural awareness involved with food. However, certain modifications may have to be made, and if you have food cravings Frances will need to be told. She will adapt your food intake to suit your lifestyle in agreement with you.
Frances' cellulite treatment is very much a shared experience with the client.
